I was involved in an accident I wasn't at fault back in Oct 2017 hospitalized 48 hrs later with a concussion stayed 3 days under doctors care and still having linger effects filed a claim i had to make phone calls on my own because my medical release was "botched" by the insurance adjuster Traci Earle it takes her two weeks to return phone calls which is very unprofessional besides her trying to manipulate me and put words in my mouth in order to get the results she's seeking as if she's playing devils advocate,Which is unnecessary foolishness as of 02/17/18 my case remains open and my next step is to seek legal counsel because of exhaustion of dealing with Traci Earle american family ins adjuster in Missouri
